Creamy Chocolate Mousse
 

Ingredients
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 10 drops stevia (or to taste)
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
  1. Spoon out the full fat portion of the canned coconut into a food processor and combine with remainder of ingredients.
  2. Press and hold the pulse button food processor.
  3. Scrape down sides of food processor between pulses until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
