No-Bake Sunbutter Energy Bites
 

Ingredients
  • ½ cup ground hemp seeds
  • ½ cup ground chia seeds
  • ⅔ cup toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ cup sunbutter butter
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
  • ⅓ cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Cover and regrigerate for half an hour.
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls about one inch in diameter.
  4. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
  5. Makes about 20-25 balls.
