Spaghetti Squash with buffalo meat sauce
 

Ingredients
  • One medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 jar of prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound buffalo meat
  • 1 tablespoon italian spice flavoring
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup diced yellow onion

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and pierce spaghetti squash a few times.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
  4. While spaghetti squash bakes, cook buffalo meat in a skillet with Italian spices and after cooked through, add zucchini, onion and garlic and cook until onion becomes translucent.
  5. Add the spaghetti sauce to meat mixture.
  6. When spaghetti squash is finished, cut it in half and scrape out the seeds.
  7. Divide the flesh of the spaghetti squash onto 4 plates and top with meat sauce. Enjoy!
