Creamy Chocolate Mousse
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 10 drops stevia (or to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla
- Spoon out the full fat portion of the canned coconut into a food processor and combine with remainder of ingredients.
- Press and hold the pulse button food processor.
- Scrape down sides of food processor between pulses until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
