Baked Breakfast Plantains
Ingredients
- Two yellow or yellow and black plantains
- Coconut oil
- Cinnamon Sugar
Instructions
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut ends off of plantains.
- Slice plantains down the center, lengthwise.
- Rub coconut oil on plantains and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown. Enjoy!
