Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
- ⅛ cup chia seeds
- 1 to 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 5 drops stevia or chololate stevia
Instructions
- Place chia seeds and coconut mild into saucepan and stir frequently, until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes) then add semi-sweet chocolate chips and stevia. Stir until chocolate chips melt.
