Paleo Vanilla Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 small can full fat portion of canned coconut milk
- 3 Tablespoons chickory root sweetener (Just Like Sugar)
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
