Olive, “Cheese” and Cracker Tapas:
Ingredients
- Sunflower and flax crackers (I use the “Go Raw” brand of crackers)
- Slices of “Cheese” (I use the Diaya brand of Cheddar dairy free cheese)
- Olive Spread (available at olive bars or at Costco)
Instructions
- This makes for a quick and convenient snack or appetizer using ready-made foods that you can arrange in an appealing way on a plate or tray! It is sure to satisfy any salt craving!
