Best Paleo Coconut flour Tahini Bread
 

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Ground Flax
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Extract
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • ½ cup Applesauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • 8 pittted dates

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Place eggs, applesauce, Vanilla and Maple Extract, Tahini, Agave Nectar, and dates in a food processor and pulse until dates are pureed or in crumb like chunks.
  4. Add dry ingredients to food processor. Pulse to combine all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees in greased standard size loaf pan for 40 to 50 minutes or unitl a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Enjoy with your favorite jam or just plain!
