Best Paleo Coconut flour Tahini Bread
Ingredients
- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stevia packet
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup Ground Flax
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Extract
- ½ cup Tahini
- ½ cup Applesauce
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
- 8 pittted dates
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine Dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Place eggs, applesauce, Vanilla and Maple Extract, Tahini, Agave Nectar, and dates in a food processor and pulse until dates are pureed or in crumb like chunks.
- Add dry ingredients to food processor. Pulse to combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees in greased standard size loaf pan for 40 to 50 minutes or unitl a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Enjoy with your favorite jam or just plain!
