Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp butter or paleo dairy free butter alternative, such as soy free Earth Balance
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- This recipe makes 2-3 servings, depending on the size of your cauliflower.
Instructions
- Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower; discard. Grate the entire head of cauliflower until it resembles rice in a food processor.
- Steam grated cauliflower in a steamer until tender but not mushy.
- Place in a bowl with butter and salt and pepper to taste
