Creamy Blackberry Mousse
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup frozen blackberries
- 1 can full fat coconut milk, refrigerated
- 20 drops blackberry stevia
Instructions
- Place frozen blackberries in a mini-food processor.
- Spoon the solid part only of the canned coconut into the food processor and add the blackberry stevia.
- Pulse until smooth and creamy.
- May add more stevia to taste.
- Eat immediately or refrigerate and enjoy for up to 3 days.
