Italian Flax Bread and Pizza crust
Ingredients
- 1 and ¾ cups of ground flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or Oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 packet of stevia or 10 drops of stevia
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons of grapeseed oil
- ½ cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl with a mixer.
- Blend dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
- Let stand for five minutes.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, until cooked throughout.
- For pizza, add toppings and return to oven to melt cheese.
- For Italian Bread, cut 2 inch slices and enjoy in your favorite dipping oil.
