About Hannah’s Paleo Food List
My paleo food list includes: vegetables, meats, wild seafood, healthy fats (coconut oil, olive oil), eggs, fruits, seeds, tea, coffee, coconut flour a very little bit of honey, cacao, and dark chocolate. Additions include spices which I purchase from various spice shops, and flavored olive oils.
