No-Bake Sunbutter Energy Bites
Ingredients
- ½ cup ground hemp seeds
- ½ cup ground chia seeds
- ⅔ cup toasted coconut flakes
- ½ cup sunbutter butter
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ½ cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
- ⅓ cup honey or agave nectar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Cover and regrigerate for half an hour.
- Once chilled, roll into balls about one inch in diameter.
- Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Makes about 20-25 balls.
