Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup full fat canned coconut milk
- ½ cup SunButter
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. Sunflower seeds as for topping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until smooth.
- Pour into glass, top with plain non-dairy yogurt and sunflower seeds.
