Spaghetti Squash with buffalo meat sauce
Ingredients
- One medium spaghetti squash
- 1 jar of prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound buffalo meat
- 1 tablespoon italian spice flavoring
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup diced yellow onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and pierce spaghetti squash a few times.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
- While spaghetti squash bakes, cook buffalo meat in a skillet with Italian spices and after cooked through, add zucchini, onion and garlic and cook until onion becomes translucent.
- Add the spaghetti sauce to meat mixture.
- When spaghetti squash is finished, cut it in half and scrape out the seeds.
- Divide the flesh of the spaghetti squash onto 4 plates and top with meat sauce. Enjoy!
