Creamy Blackberry Mousse
 

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk, refrigerated
  • 20 drops blackberry stevia

Instructions
  1. Place frozen blackberries in a mini-food processor.
  2. Spoon the solid part only of the canned coconut into the food processor and add the blackberry stevia.
  3. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  4. May add more stevia to taste.
  5. Eat immediately or refrigerate and enjoy for up to 3 days.
