Italian Flax Bread and Pizza crust
 

Ingredients
  • 1 and ¾ cups of ground flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 packet of stevia or 10 drops of stevia
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons of grapeseed oil
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl with a mixer.
  4. Blend dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Let stand for five minutes.
  7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, until cooked throughout.
  8. For pizza, add toppings and return to oven to melt cheese.
  9. For Italian Bread, cut 2 inch slices and enjoy in your favorite dipping oil.
