Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • ½ cup SunButter
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Sunflower seeds as for topping

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass, top with plain non-dairy yogurt and sunflower seeds.
